The Role This mid-market/commercial Account Executive role is designed for experienced SaaS sales professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments. You’ll manage full-cycle sales, working with mid-market clients, navigating multi-stakeholder deal cycles, and delivering high-impact product demos to drive growth. With a strong pipeline of opportunities, you’ll play a key role in expanding market presence and delivering value to clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals
  • Consult with mid-market businesses, understand their challenges, and provide tailored solutions
  • Deliver engaging product demos that showcase the platform’s value to multiple stakeholders
  • Navigate complex deal cycles and work with decision-makers to drive successful outcomes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, providing client insights to improve the product and sales strategy
  • Track key sales metrics, maintaining accurate reporting on performance, pipeline, and forecasts
Who You Are
  • Minimum four years in B2B SaaS sales, selling to mid-market clients
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and performance tracking
  • Skilled at running discovery-driven sales processes and managing multi-stakeholder deals
  • Confident in delivering high-value product demonstrations
  • Based in Melbourne and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
