Graduate Digital Analytics & Data Analyst – Kickstart Your Career!
Location: Australia (Remote/Hybrid – No Sponsorship Available)
Salary: $60K + Super (FTE, pro-rata for part-time)

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Work on real-world digital marketing & analytics projects alongside experienced consultants
✔ Use Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager to track customer journeys
✔ Help implement and optimise marketing data strategies for top brands
✔ Support data-driven experimentation & personalisation using platforms like Adobe Target & Insider
✔ Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
✔ Document business & technical requirements, translating complex data into clear insights for clients
Who You Are
You're curious, analytical, and eager to learn, with a passion for marketing technology and data. You’re a natural problem-solver who enjoys working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Final-year uni student or recent graduate in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar marketing data platforms (internship, coursework, or self-learning is a plus!)
Basic understanding of digital tracking, tag management (Google Tag Manager), and data visualisation tools (Looker Studio, BigQuery)
Some knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript debugging (not deep coding – no R or Python required!)
Strong communication skills – able to explain data insights in simple terms
✅ Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident for tax purposes (no sponsorship available)
