Their solution is an award-winning app designed to make work (and life) better for frontline, deskless workforces – and the HR teams who work with them. They are needed because so many HR systems are designed with desk-bound Head Offices workers in mind. They solve the problem by this by rapidly connecting those systems and making the important parts of those systems easily accessible to deskless workers.
  
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales Development Representative with our client. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for lead generation and qualification, but most importantly calling prospects to book meetings. The role will be based in Sydney, NSW, with the flexibility for working from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Outbound prospecting via cold calling to generate new opportunities
  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including social media and email (lead generation)
  • Explain the solution to business owners to effectively set up meetings for their Sales Team
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the target market and their competition
  • Follow sales and onboarding processes accurately to maximise yearly sales volumes
  • Identify relevant new business opportunities, while highlighting their value proposition
  • Consistent, accurate and timeous updating their CRM: Hubspot.
