Looking for your next big challenge in IT support? We’re on the hunt for a Service Desk Analyst with strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering first-class service.

 
In this role, you’ll be supporting end-users across multiple sites and systems, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, Windows OS, Office 365, and Active Directory. You’ll need to be hands-on, solving IT issues both remotely and on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to users. You’ll also be required to have your own transport for flexibility, as you may need to visit additional sites with travel costs covered.

We’re after someone proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable making decisions. You’ll be confident working independently and know when to collaborate with the wider IT team. Bonus points if you’re cybersecurity-focused - we’re driving a security-first approach, and we’d love for you to contribute to this strategy!

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide on-site and remote IT support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring quick resolutions.
  • Administer Active Directory and Microsoft 365, managing user accounts and access controls.
  • Deploy and manage IT assets (laptops, monitors, etc.).
  • Deliver top-notch customer service, ensuring user satisfaction remains a top priority.
  • Contribute to a security-first approach by integrating cybersecurity into all technical decisions.
What You’ll Need:
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, with expertise in Windows desktop, Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills—whether you’re explaining tech issues to colleagues or less technical users, you can make it easy to understand.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid driver’s license and own transport for site visits (travel costs are covered).
