Building on global hyper-growth and increasing demand in the region, they're now looking to hire their first person in Australia to lead the growth of new business revenue with a commitment to ongoing local investment.
As the Senior Account Executive - Team Lead at their brand-new Sydney office, you will take responsibility for Australian new business revenue and Go-To-Market strategy. While this role will lead from the front and initially carry a quota, the vision for this individual is to transition into a senior leadership role quickly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the national sales efforts.
- Identify opportunities, source, develop, and close new logos.
- Recruit, manage, train and grow the Account Executive team.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecast and deal reviews.
- Act as a brand ambassador.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets and quota attainment as both an individual contributor and team manager in this launch phase.
HERE'S WHAT WE NEED:
- 5+ years of new business sales experience in a fast-moving SaaS sales environment, closing full-cycle sales in the Australian market
- Practical and proven methodologies used to break into a target set of prospective clients through various channels and a creative and curious mindset
- Results-oriented, client focused and obsessed with simultaneously delivering value
- Self-motivated, adept at working individually and as part of a wider team.
- Comfortable negotiating and navigating contracts, security and legal discussion
- Strong customer-facing, communication and presentation skills
- 2+years of sales team management experience
- Experience working with a global sales team is ideal
