As a key player in the APAC organisation, you will be instrumental in onboarding new customers, optimising the utilization of SaaS tools, and ultimately driving revenue growth.

What will I be doing day to day in this role?
- Lead efforts to onboard, expand, and retain the customer base, fostering strong, impactful partnerships.
- Engage closely with customers to support transformative workplace changes and drive their business success.
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for change within customers’ organizations, championing best practices.
- Serve as the customer advocate, collaborating with Product, Development, Marketing, and Sales teams to align on customer needs.
- Regularly assess client health and develop proactive strategies to prevent churn.
- Identify customers who may not be fully utilizing the product and proactively reach out to create customized action plans that ensure they achieve maximum value.
Preferred Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Minimum two years experience as a Customer Success Manager (CSM)
- Background in B2B SaaS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy with a startup mindset, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player who values feedback, idea-sharing, and continuous improvement
