Are you ready to lead the charge in driving customer success for a dynamic and innovative company? This client is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Success Manager to join the team based in Melbourne or Sydney. team.

As a key player in the APAC organisation, you will be instrumental in onboarding new customers, optimising the utilization of SaaS tools, and ultimately driving revenue growth. 

What will I be doing day to day in this role?
  • Lead efforts to onboard, expand, and retain the customer base, fostering strong, impactful partnerships.
  • Engage closely with customers to support transformative workplace changes and drive their business success.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for change within customers’ organizations, championing best practices.
  • Serve as the customer advocate, collaborating with Product, Development, Marketing, and Sales teams to align on customer needs.
  • Regularly assess client health and develop proactive strategies to prevent churn.
  • Identify customers who may not be fully utilizing the product and proactively reach out to create customized action plans that ensure they achieve maximum value.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Minimum two years experience as a Customer Success Manager (CSM)
  • Background in B2B SaaS 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with a startup mindset, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative team player who values feedback, idea-sharing, and continuous improvement
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and a drive to succeed
