Seeking a Technical Specialist (Level 3/4) for a Cutting-Edge SaaS Company in the Education Sector!

Are you passionate about tech support and looking to make a meaningful impact? We’re hiring for a Technical Specialist (Level 3/4) role with a growing SaaS provider serving schools across ANZ. This is an opportunity to work with innovative, cloud-based solutions that support everything from school management and curriculum to finance and student well-being.

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide advanced technical support for internal and external client inquiries.
  • Manage Level 3 support requests and handle Crystal Reports to keep clients’ data accurate and accessible.
  • Deploy software and monitor hosted sites to ensure seamless, secure operations.
  • Assist with client transitions from on-premise setups to hosted environments.
  • Collaborate with quality and development teams to troubleshoot and enhance product reliability.
About You:
  • Skilled in SQL Server, T-SQL, IIS, and C#, with knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery.
  • An excellent problem-solver with strong communication skills, able to translate tech details into client-friendly guidance.
  • Client-focused, self-motivated, and always looking for ways to improve.
  • Previous experience in technical support or software deployment is a plus.
