Enterprise Account Executive duties:
- Driving New Revenue – Responsible for securing new and expansion Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
- Owning Your Territory – Managing a portfolio of existing clients and net new prospects.
- Executing a Best-in-Class Sales Process – Leading deals from discovery through to close.
- Forecasting with Precision – Maintaining an accurate and predictable pipeline.
- Maximizing Revenue Growth – Creating and executing a territory plan that drives results.
- Building & Managing Pipeline – Leveraging all available channels, including SDRs, marketing, CSMs, partners, and your own outreach.
- Qualifying Effectively – Investing time and resources into the right opportunities.
- Engaging Senior Executives – Building strong relationships across marketing, product, and engineering teams.
- Navigating Complex Sales Cycles – Understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Degree educated
- 6+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally in Digital Experience or MarTech.
- Proven success closing six-to-seven-figure ARR deals.
- A consistent track record of exceeding quota.
- A consultative, problem-solving approach to sales.
- A natural ability to educate and guide prospects across multiple business functions.
- A relentless drive to win and push for results.
- A base salary of 100-110k
- First-year achievable OTE of 200-220k
