From unicorns to household names, they work with them all. To meet demand, they have an exciting opening for an experienced SDR/Team Leader, to join their high-performing sales function in London.

SDR Team Leader responsibilities: 
  • Lead a team of 4-5 Junior SDRs
  • Generate results by driving the team
  • Motivate and monitor team performance
  • Drive development, 1-2-1s and regular sales coaching
  • Review management and CRM information
  • Manage and report KPIs and targets
  • Plan, prepare and deliver sales training, team inductions and career development
  • Drive team growth/recruitment
  • Retain team members
SDR Team Leader skills and traits:  
  • 2-3 years previous SDR experience plus exposure to team leadership or sales management 
  • Tenacity and persistence
  • An empathetic personality
  • The ability to build relationships
  • A desire to learn
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Excellent communication skills
