Our client, a leading Austin-based technology company is looking for experienced Product Managers. This permanent role offers a hybrid work schedule with an immediate start.
Product Manager responsibilities:
- Define product features and enhancements, translating them into clear, actionable requirements for engineering teams through well-crafted documentation and clear communication.
- Transform insights from user research, customer feedback, usage data, and sales input into a strategic vision that aligns with business goals and delivers customer value.
- Own and manage the product roadmap from ideation to launch, specifically focusing on sensing and navigation capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to shape both short- and long-term roadmaps for product perception and uncover new opportunities for growth.
- Support product marketing initiatives, build strong partner relationships, and leverage opportunities to drive product adoption.
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Product management experience in robotics or industrial/consumer products.
- Background in sensor-driven development strategies, including hardware (sensor selection) and software development, from firmware to application.
- Strong knowledge of sensing and perception technologies.
- Hands-on experience with cameras, LIDAR, mapping, and localization systems.
- Experience working in B2B product environments using agile methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in uncertainty and make decisions with a bias for action.
- Passion for prioritizing user feedback and ensuring customer insights are central to product development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 150-170k base salary
