Responsibilities:  
  • Develop Technical Documentation – Create and implement structured documentation solutions aligned with project and client requirements.
  • Support Compliance and Reviews – Assist managers with technical reviews, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Project Documentation Management – Integrate documentation with project milestones, templates, and formatting requirements.
  • Technical Publications – Develop and deliver manuals, reports, and support documents for new and existing clients.
  • Collaboration with Teams – Work closely with engineers and project managers to produce accurate documentation aligned with customer DIDs/CDRLs.
  • Quotation and Compliance Checks – Review customer proposals, identify compliance issues, and prepare briefing materials.
  • Product Knowledge Development – Gain technical understanding of product lines and specialized systems for accurate documentation.
  • ILS and BOM Documentation – Create ILS documents, including BOM structures, parts breakdowns, and spare part recommendations.
  • Document Tracking and Compliance – Manage submission timelines, revision histories, and export control documentation.
  • Customer and Team Liaison – Act as a point of contact between internal teams and customer engineering/documentation departments.
What We’re Looking For:  
  • Mechanical Engineering Background – Solid understanding of mechanical systems, components, and industry standards.
  • Technical Documentation Expertise – Proven experience in developing and managing technical publications.
  • Project and Workload Management – Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills – Strong ability to interpret technical data, schematics, and engineering reports.
  • Software Proficiency – Skilled in Microsoft Office, SAP, and AutoCAD, with experience in documentation management tools.
  • Strong Communication Skills – Excellent written and verbal communication with a high standard of English.
  • Engineering Documentation Knowledge – Familiarity with technical drawings, design reports, and compliance standards.
  • ILS and BOM Experience – Understanding of BOM structures, spare part recommendations, and logistics documentation.
  • Industry Experience – Marine sector experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Teamwork and Independence – Ability to collaborate effectively while working autonomously when needed.
