As an Account Manager, you will:
- Manage relationships with a large portfolio of existing accounts
- Develop and maintain account plans
- Act as the first point of contact and positively respond to all enquiries
- Generate and close additional opportunities with existing customers
- Complete and check customer contracts
- Maintain a salesforce database
- Prepare service reviews and other account documentations
- Produce regular and accurate forecasting
- Attend and engage at industry events
- 2-3 years account management experience gained in the tech sector
- Customer-first mentality

- A starting base salary circa 90-100k
