Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and networking platforms to identify suitable candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone interviews to assess skills, experience, and suitability for roles.
- Database Management: Maintain and update our recruitment database (CRM) with accurate candidate records.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage communications between candidates and hiring managers.
- Market Research: Research industries and roles to identify target candidates and recruitment trends.
- Social Media Outreach: Engage with potential candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing recruitment reports and analyzing data to support decision-making.
- Relationship Building: Work closely with candidates and clients to establish strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside senior consultants and account managers to achieve shared goals.
- Career Growth: Progress into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role, managing the entire recruitment process.
- Prior work experience in a people-focused role.
- A genuine interest in recruitment and the technology sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and develop.
- Outstanding organisational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and platforms like LinkedIn.
- The ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.

- Competitive starting salary of £20k, rising to £24k upon completion of training.
- Uncapped monthly commission with realistic OTE of £30k+.
