About the Role:
Reporting to the US Managing Director, you’ll collaborate with the global leadership team and colleagues across international offices to drive business growth. You’ll play a key role in expanding our client base while embracing our core values: Passion, Energy, Commitment, Integrity, and Fun.
What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with local leadership, the Group MD, and CEO to drive growth through new business activity.
- Lead efforts to identify and secure new business opportunities, building out our technology client base.
- Establish and manage your own sales pipeline, from prospecting to signing new clients.
- Attend networking events and foster relationships with prospective clients.
- Negotiate agreements that align with both technical and business commitments.
- Collaborate with the Certus global team to design tailored talent solutions that address client needs.
- Provide market feedback to leadership to refine our market offerings.
- Deliver on new client acquisition targets and identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with the US delivery team to ensure your clients receive exceptional service.
- Leverage our tech stack to enhance business development efforts.
- A passionate business developer with a desire to grow in the tech sector.
- Proven experience building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Expertise in creating and delivering creative proposals for talent solutions.
- Strong knowledge of the sales process, with a track record of closing high-value deals.
- A network of contacts across the US tech landscape is highly desirable.
- Outstanding presentation, sales, and negotiation skills.
- A results-driven mindset with strong ownership and a bias for action.
- Analytical skills to leverage data and make informed decisions.
- Strategic and tactical business acumen, coupled with excellent judgment.
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission, with top earners achieving 40%+ commissions.
