We’re looking for an experienced IT Recruiter specializing in permanent placements to develop and expand our recruitment services across North America. About the Role:
Reporting to our US Managing Director, you’ll work closely with our global leadership team and collaborate with colleagues across our international offices. You’ll help drive growth in North America while embracing our core values: Passion, Energy, Commitment, Integrity, and Fun.

What You’ll Do:
This is a 360-recruitment role with responsibilities including:

• Client acquisition and account development: Building and managing your portfolio of technology clients.
• Relationship building and networking: Connecting with decision-makers and candidates at all levels.
• Conducting client meetings and candidate interviews both on and off-site.
• Ensuring the recruitment cycle is managed with the highest quality standards.
• Collaborating with senior leadership to achieve objectives.
• Building your reputation as an expert in IT recruitment.
• Representing the company at industry and networking events.
