With an extensive client base spanning both public and private sectors, they offer a comprehensive portfolio of professional support and software/SaaS services for large-scale projects. Known for their high performing teams and collaborative culture, they currently have an immediate opening for a Principal Health & Safety Consultant.
  
Principal Customer Succes Consultant Responsibilities:  
  • Implement and Deliver Projects: Lead the implementation of client projects and programmes, ensuring alignment with high-level advocacy and adherence to best practices.
  • Design and Oversee Systems: Develop and improve safety management systems, predictive analytics, and configurable digital software enterprise platforms to achieve client success.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor, maintaining regular communication with clients, conducting gap analyses, and preparing business review reports to meet strategic and operational goals.
  • Technical and Strategic Support: Provide technical guidance to lead consultants, prepare detailed scopes and methodologies, and respond to technical concerns to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Health and Safety Expertise: Assist with the creation and delivery of health and safety objectives, including risk management advice, system audits, and compliance strategies.
  • Client Engagement: Host regular client meetings to discuss requirements, project progress, and contract performance, ensuring a proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and document technical requirements, client proposals, advisory papers, and detailed plans for execution.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including software support, sales, and technical staff, to align deliverables with client objectives.
  • Product Demonstration and Feedback: Stay updated on product developments, demonstrate software capabilities, and provide feedback to improve services and solutions.
  • Strategic Account Management: Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, developing and retaining portfolios while ensuring alignment with broader client objectives.
Principal Customer Succes Consultant Skills, Traits, and Experience:  
  • Professional Qualifications: Hold relevant qualifications in Health & Safety and fire safety, with membership in recognized industry bodies such as CMIOSH or MIIRSM.
  • Extensive Experience: At least 10 years in a client-facing advisory role, including expertise in programme-level health, safety, and fire safety initiatives; in-house experience is a plus.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrate a strategic, results-driven mindset with the ability to simplify complex issues and influence client decision-making.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 365, with the ability to prepare impactful presentations and reports.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure effective collaboration and delivery of goals.
  • Multi-tasking and Prioritization: Skilled in managing multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while addressing broader client impacts.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Proactively identify client challenges, pre-empt issues, and develop tailored solutions.
  • Effective Communication: Strong ability to articulate ideas, convey complex information clearly, and simplify it for diverse audiences.
  • Proposal Development Expertise: Experience in preparing proposals, briefs, and methodologies for complex assignments.
  • Drive for Excellence: A passion for delivering high-quality client service, building portfolios, and maintaining a "gold standard" in all deliverables.
