Lead Customer Succes Consultant Responsibilities:
- Project Implementation: Lead the execution of client projects and programmes, delivering high-quality results aligned with best practices.
- Analytics and Reporting: Design and deliver management reports, predictive analytics, and business review documents to support client objectives.
- Health and Safety Leadership: Develop, oversee, and implement health and safety management plans, ensuring customer success and regulatory compliance.
- Process Improvement: Conduct gap analyses and identify opportunities for process improvements, system enhancements, and better management practices.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare and manage technical requirements, client proposals, schedules, and detailed methodologies for project execution.
- Client Communication: Act as a trusted advisor, maintaining clear and effective communication with clients, simplifying complex matters, and addressing technical concerns.
- Strategic Advisory Support: Provide strategic and day-to-day decision support, including corporate management advice, system auditing, and implementation guidance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and internal teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
- Innovation and Feedback: Stay informed on new features and product launches, delivering demonstrations and feedback to improve capabilities and client satisfaction.
- Customer Success: Facilitate regular client meetings to discuss needs, ensure smooth contract management, and proactively address issues before they arise.
- Relevant Qualifications: Hold or be working towards recognized certifications in Health & Safety or fire safety (e.g., CMIOSH, MIIRSM, or Cert IOSH).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a client-facing role advising on health, safety, and fire safety programmes; in-house experience is advantageous.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrate a strategic, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to lead and manage delivery programmes effectively.
- Communication Skills: Simplify complex topics for diverse audiences through clear, articulate communication and compelling presentations.
- Adaptability and Learning: Exhibit a quick ability to learn new topics and adapt to different client needs and scenarios.
- Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain successful client portfolios, delivering gold-standard services and solutions.
- Proposal Development: Experience in preparing detailed proposals, advisory documents, and project briefs for complex assignments.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Manage clients proactively, preempting issues and delivering tailored solutions to meet broader objectives.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in software systems like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 365 to support client deliverables.
