With successful deployment in many leading tech companies, this well-funded organisation has an immediate opening for an Enterprise Account Executive based in London.
Enterprise Account Executive responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by mastering and executing strategies to market the product, scaling to millions in ARR.
- Navigate intricate sales cycles with leading mid-market and enterprise tech firms (300-8,000 employees).
- Build and manage the sales pipeline, securing deals and expanding the customer base.
- Develop and experiment with sales processes, messaging, and outbound strategies.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams, providing feedback from client interactions.
- Engage broadly across the business, contributing to marketing, events, community efforts, and customer onboarding.
- Network with CFOs and procurement leaders, attend global events, and become a recognised figure in the space.
- Contribute to the GTM strategy, with the potential to manage a region, sector, or team within a year
- 3-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or a comparable role, with a consistent record of top performance.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to build a business and achieve rapid career growth.
- Exceptional performance in challenging environments, demonstrating grit, perseverance, and top-tier results.
- Strong commercial intuition, capable of building rapport and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Ambitious, competitive, and driven by career growth, with a willingness to work hard and solve challenging problems.
- High intelligence and the ability to quickly understand and pitch the product without relying on sales engineers.
- Ability to work in-person at the London office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
- Competitive base salary of £70-80k.
- High/uncapped first-year OTE of £140-160k.
