Enterprise Account Executive responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic sales process, focusing on direct sales, tenders, and partnership development.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with mid to large-sized enterprises across various verticals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating contracts and closing high-value deals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of our software and professional services.
- Exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
- Support the opening of new business opportunities and market expansions.
- Maintain a strategic mindset and positive approach to achieve enterprise-level sales results.
- Proven track record in handling large-sized deals and tenders at enterprise level.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities to engage and influence key decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of the risk, compliance, and safety landscape within the built environment and facilities sectors is highly desirable.
- Go-getting attitude with a passion for sales and the ability to thrive in a positive and supportive company culture.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle and exceeding targets.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Competitive base salary of £85-90k.
- High/uncapped first-year OTE of £170-180k.
