- Conduct independent research to identify potential sponsors.
- Explore new topics and market segments, identifying emerging opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a database of existing and prospective sponsors.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
- Perform key account management, deepening client relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and operations teams.
- Research and launch new events and conferences.
- Attend events to ensure smooth operations and enhance customer service through direct interaction.
- Degree educated with a strong passion for sales.
- 2-3+ years of B2B sales experience (media, publishing, hospitality, etc.).
- Proven track record of sales success.
- Strong interest in the automotive sector.
- Intelligent, articulate, and entrepreneurial.
- Structured approach with excellent time management.
