Our client produces an ever-increasing number of annual events and thousands of business executives with tailored and practical conferences, keeping them up to date with industry trends, technological developments, and regulatory announcements across many vertical markets. With offices on five continents, our client has become the industry leader in planning, delivering, and managing conferences, tradeshows, workshops, seminars and more. They have an exciting opportunity for an automotive-focused Conference Producer to join their cohesive and high-performing team.
  
This exciting Conference Producer role comes with:  
  • A salary circa 35-40k dependent upon experience

As a Conference Producer, you will:  
  • Build and deliver world-class programs and flagship events within the automotive sector
  • Cover electric vehicles, connected cars, autonomous driving and so much more
  • Manage and increase event gross profit
  • Research, coordinate, and deliver new high-quality program streams
  • Help expand a network of leaders
  • Drive innovation
  • Create project plans for the creation and delivery of each event
  • Structure conference/event programs to enhance interaction and sharing
  • Drive event narrative, identify speakers and industry experts
  • Travel domestically and internationally
The ideal Conference Producer will possess the following skills, traits, and experience:  
  • A 2:1 Research-based degree
  • 24+ months B2B conference production experience
  • Strong research and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive, engaging, and professional attitude
  • Multi-tasking
  • Willingness to learn and freedom to travel
