As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be at the forefront of driving the company’s growth in the healthcare sector. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with GP practices across the UK, activate accounts, and demonstrate how their platform can provide real value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reaching out to GP practices to build relationships and activate new or dormant accounts.
- Delivering impactful demonstrations of the platform to practice managers, showcasing its benefits.
- Managing a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and hitting activation targets.
- Sharing insights on market needs and trends to inform strategy.
- Driving revenue growth by onboarding new practices and re-engaging existing ones.
- Degree education
- An appreciation for sales (6-12 months prior experience is highly beneficial)
- Skilled in building rapport over the phone and addressing client needs effectively.
- to understand and champion innovative solutions.
- Motivated by hitting targets and achieving measurable outcomes.
- Quick to learn, embrace challenges, and refine their approach for success.
- A generous base salary of 32k
