- Research and identify potential sponsors, including new businesses and those engaged in our conferences but not yet using digital media.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and online engagement.
- Develop tailored sponsorship proposals that align with clients’ lead generation and marketing objectives.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, ensuring revenue targets are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Content, Marketing, and Operations) to deliver successful digital campaigns.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed performance KPIs set by management.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 1-2 years in digital media sales.
- Experience selling to marketing and sales leaders.
- Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills with a track record of winning new business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic.
- Proficient in CRM tools, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office.
