As a Client Success Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that specialist clients get the best possible experience. You’ll be responsible for growing engagement and usage of the platform across your client base while maintaining strong client relationships. From onboarding new clients to identifying growth opportunities, your expertise will shape our clients’ journey.
  
Client Success Manager responsibilities:  
  • Client Relationship Management – Own and manage relationships ensuring successful activation and ongoing engagement.
  • Growing Engagement – Drive increased usage of the platform across your client base.
  • Renewing & Retaining Subscriptions – Ensure high client retention by delivering exceptional service and value.
  • Delivering Best-in-Class Service – Be a trusted partner to clients, ensuring they receive outstanding support.
  • Identifying Growth Opportunities – Expand services within your region, including some upselling across your portfolio.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across a varied client base.
Client Success Manager skills, traits, and experience:  
  • Experience in Client Success, Account Management, Project Management, or Sales.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships while delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills – able to break down complex ideas clearly.
  • Data-driven mindset – ability to analyse performance metrics and identify trends.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
