As a leading experience platform for the hospitality sector, you can expect to help a wide range of customers to maximize their potential through platform usage. This role is initially remote whilst they set up an office in Austin.
Customer Support Associate responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional client support via phone, email, and chat.
- Train clients on platform use and provide strategic advice to grow their business.
- Analyze client feedback to inform product improvements.
- Create and update knowledge base articles for client self-service.
- Manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
- Identify growth opportunities to drive client success and retention.
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Stay proactive in providing creative, tech-driven solutions.
- Proven customer-facing experience, ideally in software or technology. Fresh grads also welcome
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and work autonomously
- Self-motivated, energetic and comfortable working in a hybrid or remote environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.
- Tech-savvy with a knack for creative and proactive problem-solving.
- Previous experience in managing client inquiries from initiation to resolution is advantageous
- An initial base salary 50-55k
- An OTE of 60-65k in the first year
