Are you a driven and results-oriented professional looking to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced environment? This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join a high-growth team focused on identifying new opportunities and driving revenue.
The Role
  
Business Development Representative Responsibilities:  
  • Market Research & Lead Generation: Identify and prioritize target accounts, research key decision-makers, and engage prospects via outbound activities (cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach).
  • Meeting Scheduling: Qualify leads and arrange meetings for the sales team, ensuring a seamless handover to drive conversions.
  • Closing Deals: Manage and close smaller deals independently while nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Sales Strategy & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), track performance, and analyze sales data to refine outreach strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to enhance sales effectiveness.
Business Development Representative Requirements:  
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales development, or inside sales.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • A proactive mindset, resilience, and a results-driven approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Experience building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Ability to effectively schedule meetings and ensure high conversion rates.
  • Proven track record of closing smaller deals and contributing to overall revenue growth.
  • Willingness to continuously improve sales techniques and share insights with the team.
Business Development Representative Rewards:  
  • An initial base salary circa 60-65k
  • 90k Uncapped OTE
