Our client, a global leader in professional events and conferences, delivers tailored, practical events for thousands of business executives annually. With offices across five continents, they have established themselves as an industry leader in producing high-quality conferences, tradeshows, workshops, and seminars across a range of vertical markets. They are now seeking an experienced Conference Producer to join their dynamic and high-performing team in New York City.

  • Base Salary: $80,000–$100,000

Key Responsibilities:
As a Conference Producer, you will:
  • Research, develop, and deliver engaging conference programs.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new themes and untapped commercial opportunities.
  • Cultivate relationships with senior executives and thought leaders to curate exceptional speaker lineups.
  • Collaborate with sponsorship managers to identify and secure event sponsors.
  • Write persuasive, high-impact content for marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of conferences, from concept to execution, ensuring they meet and exceed commercial and attendee expectations.
  • Oversee events onsite, including domestic and international travel when necessary.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • A degree in Political Science, Journalism, Media, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of conference production experience with a proven track record of event management.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, coupled with excellent time management.
  • Business acumen and the ability to confidently navigate complex topics.
  • Purpose-driven, reliable, and solutions-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deadline-driven with a keen attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
