Business Development Representative package:

Business Development Representative responsibilities:  
  • Proactively generate sales opportunities through cold-calling, email outreach, and other prospecting techniques to create a strong sales pipeline.
  • Consistently meet and exceed daily call and outreach targets, maintaining a results-driven mindset.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers within target companies to initiate meaningful conversations.
  • Schedule and confirm high-quality sales meetings for Sales Executives and Account Managers.
  • Accurately document all interactions, leads, and appointments in CRM systems like Salesforce to ensure data integrity and pipeline visibility.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine messaging, improve prospecting strategies, and drive overall sales success.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, company offerings, and competitor activities to tailor sales outreach effectively.
  • Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and career growth opportunities.
Business Development Representative profile:  
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • At least 6 months of B2B sales experience, demonstrating resilience, persistence, and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage with prospects over the phone and via email.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented culture.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • A proactive and coachable attitude, eager to learn and improve through training and feedback.
  • Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus, with a willingness to develop proficiency in sales software and reporting.
