As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will:

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will:
- Cultivate and nurture relationships across a large territory.
- Drive new business revenue and pursue incoming and SDR leads.
- Target and manage a portfolio of key account prospects, understanding stakeholders and buying processes (CMOs etc.).
- Guide the full sales cycle from identification through to close, managing complexities along the way.
- Mentor an SDR team to generate qualified opportunities.
- Develop and present solution proposals.
- Accurately forecast pipeline and sales figures.
- Collaborate with customer success, marketing, operations, and engineering teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
- Intelligent, inquisitive, and competitive mindset.
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise MarTech sales.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adept at influencing others.
- Track record of success in new business development.
- Ability to navigate a complex 360 sales cycle.
- Gravitas, entrepreneurial spirit, humble demeanor, and persuasive nature.
- Strong project management skills.
- Competitive base salary of $160k.
- Achievable first-year OTE of $305k.
