As a hot tech start-up company, our award-winning client is well funded, enjoying a rapid ramp-up in revenues and has a well-received LegalTech/AI product. Through their scalable AI-powered CLM solution, they deliver automation, speed, and intelligence to legal and commercial teams of every size. They currently have an immediate opening in Boston for a Business Development Representative.
  
Business Development Representative responsibilities:  
  • Target in-house legal teams and lawyers across North America
  • Work in an entrepreneurial new business-focused role
  • Research prospects and map out targeted accounts
  • Create and deliver lead-generation campaigns
  • Book and confirm meetings for Account Executives
  • Progress into a full closing role
  • Receive full and ongoing training designed to rapidly advance your sales career
Business Development Representative requirements:  
  • Recently degree-educated
  • Possess 0-6+ moths outbound sales experience
  • LegalTech, SaaS, or Software sales experience preferred
  • Consultative, tenacious, and professional in approach
  • High levels of motivation and first-class communication and presentation skills
  • Hungry, committed and looking for an excellent opportunity to build a solid career
  • Ambition, drive, and the ability to think on your feet
  • Enthusiasm, highly organized and able to prioritize
  • Adaptability and resilience  
Business Development Representative rewards:  
  • An initial base salary of circa 60k
  • An uncapped OTE of 80k
